✔️Interest rate calculation update:
- Utilization rate 0–50%, interest rate goes from 0%-25%
- Utilization rate 50–90%, interest rate is fixed at 25%
- Utilization rate 90–100%, interest rate goes from 25%-100%
✔️Add BTESTA price showing real time on the UI
✔️Trading fee APY is changed to be Trading fee APR instead
